How this recommendation works
Three decisions get you to the right compression garment: your condition, your compression level (mmHg), and your style. The quiz above mirrors the same logic our sizing specialists use on the phone.
- Tired, achy legs — usually 8–15 or 15–20 mmHg
- Pregnancy, mild varicose veins, travel — typically 15–20 mmHg
- Moderate varicose veins, edema, post-sclerotherapy, DVT prevention — typically 20–30 mmHg (clinical decision)
- Severe venous disease, lymphedema, ulcer management — typically 30–40 mmHg (prescription-guided)
